People

People amaze me, I find them fascinating as subjects and individuals. These are a small selection of the people I've photographed. I hope you can begin to see why here.
A fairy sprinkles a little festival magic into a young girls summer.

The fairy was a street performer who gave kids chalk to create a garden on the stone of the royal mile. She was oddly captivating, anyone making a donation recieved a sprinkle of sparkle and a wish.

A witch is tortured near the top of the royal mile by Alexander Clapperton. The witch was on a tour with the witchery tours and seemed to rather enjoy being subjected to the "piliwinks".

A group photograph taken in Krakow town square. It was the end of a marvelous trip to Poland.
Topped the dog was found as a pup abandoned on Topped mountain. He was adopted by my grandparents and has been an excitable, hairy and mischevious addition to the household.

Topped had been playing fetch for a long time and was thoroughly exhausted at this point, but still wanted to go again.

The death wall at Auswitz I concentration camp.

The most intense and terrifying of places. How anyone would have condoned, supported or ignored this place is a horror equal to the place itself.
